A wonderfully character-rich antique pine table with beautiful proportions, a paneled plank top, substantial turned legs, and a single center drawer.

Measuring 55” long × 29” wide, this is an especially versatile size—large enough to have presence while remaining narrow enough for a breakfast room, smaller dining space, kitchen, entry, or library.

One of our favorite features of this piece is its ability to be configured in two different ways.

With the removable lower leg extensions removed, the table measures approximately 30” high, creating a classic dining-height table ideal for use as a small farmhouse dining table, breakfast table, writing table, or center table.

The table also includes later-added removable turned leg extensions, which bring the overall height to approximately 34.5”. When paired with the included lower shelf, this configuration transforms the piece into a wonderful antique worktable, kitchen prep table, or petite kitchen island with generous open storage below.

The lower shelf, shelf supports, and turned lower leg extensions are later additions and are not original to the antique table. These components are removable and will be included with the purchase, allowing the next owner to choose the configuration that best suits their home.

The natural pine has beautiful warmth and variation throughout, with knots, old marks, wear, color variation, and other evidence of age that give the piece its wonderfully timeworn character. The paneled construction of the top is particularly lovely and gives this table much more architectural interest than a typical farmhouse table.
